• Who can update my account details? 

  The Super Admin and Technical user have the authority to modify account information. 

• Who can add users and child organization in a client company? 

  That authority lies with the Super Admin and Technical Admin. 

• Who can answer the questionnaire? 

  The assigned assesse from the client side can answer the questionnaire. 

• Who can add client admin to an organization? 

  The client admin cannot be added by anybody; it will only be added through the signup procedure.
